Chapter II WATER USERS‟ ASSOCIATION AND DELINEATION OF COMMAND AREA THEREOF
Statutory text
- (1) A vacancy arising either due to recalling of a Director under section 19 or disqualification under section 33 or due to death, resignation, or by any other reason shall be filled up by nomination in the prescribed manner.
- (2) The term of office of a Director or the Chairperson of a Water Users’ Association, nominated under sub-section (1), shall be co-terminous with the term of the Managing Committee.
