Travelling and daily allowances.

Subject to any rules made in this behalf by the State

Government, the Chairman or the Speaker shall be entitled to,—

1. (a) travelling allowance for himself and the members of his family, and for the transport of his, and his family’s effects—
   • (i) in respect of the journey to Bombay from his usual place of residence outside Bombay, for assuming office, and
