Powers of Supervisory Committee.

The Supervisory Committee shall have the following powers, namely :-

1. (a) to examine the proposals referred by the Empowered Committee and take a decision thereon;
2. (b) to invite any officer or expert, as it deems necessary, to participate in the meetings of the Supervisory Committee;
3. (c) such other powers as may be prescribed.
