Constitution of Supervisory Committee.

- (1) There shall be a Supervisory Committee consisting of Secretary, Industries as the Chairman and such other members as may be prescribed.
- (2) The Supervisory Committee shall meet at such times and at such places and shall adopt such procedure to transact its business, as may be prescribed.
