Members, officers and servants to be public servants

All members, officers and servants of the State Government, or the Corporation, as the case may be, shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
