Refusal to work on farm or estate by plot-holder

Any plot-holder who refuses to work on farm or estate when work is offered to him, shall be served with a notice by the Manager or any other officer of the Corporation authorised by the Manager in this behalf terminating the allotment of plot: Provided that, no such action shall be taken against the plot-holder, where- (i) such a plot-holder has reasonable and valid grounds for not accepting the work and the Manager or the authorised officer is satisfied about the existence of such grounds
