- (1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
- (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th April 2001.
