In section 57 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), after clause (f), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :— "(fa) the sale proceeds or royalty of the minor forest produce collected in the Scheduled Areas within the jurisdiction of a Panchayat and vested in that Panchayat ;".
