Chapter II CONSTITUTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE DISTRICT PLANNING COMMITTEE

No act or proceeding of the District Planning Committee shall be invalid by reason only of a vacancy therein, or any defect in the election or nomination of any member, if such act or proceeding is otherwise in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
