Permits for consumption or use of intoxicating drugs or opium

(1) The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorize an officer to grant permits for the consumption or use of intoxicating drugs or opium in such quantities as may be prescribed. (2) Such permits shall be granted on the certificate of the Medical Board.
