Licences for purchase, etc., of liquor for manufacture of articles mentioned in section 24-A

The State Government may, by rules or an order in writing, authorize an officer to grant licences for the purchase, possession, or use of any liquor or alcohol for the manufacture of any articles mentioned in section 24A on such conditions as may be prescribed.
