Deletion and saving of Second Schedule to Mah. XVII of 1998

Statutory text
- (1) The Second Schedule to the MAFSU Act shall be deleted.
- (2) The deletion of Second Schedule shall not affect the amendments made by the said Schedule to the Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983.
