Statutory text
- (1) The Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) and the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (Amendment and Validation) Ordinance, 2019 is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any notification or order issued) under the corresponding provisions of the Maharashtra Agriculture Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983 and the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998, as amended by the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done, taken or issued, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of the said Acts as amended by this Act.
