Constitution of Committees

Statutory text
- (1) The Board may, from amongst its members and officers and other persons, constitute such committees as may be prescribed by the regulations, to aid and advise the Board and the Executive Committee in discharge of their functions and in particular may constitute the following committees:—
- (a) Curriculum Committee;
- (b) Examination Committee; and (c) Finance Committee.
- (2) Every such committee shall consist of such members of the Board and of such other persons as may be prescribed by the regulations.
- (3) Members of such committees shall hold office during such time as the Board which appointed them specifies from time to time.
