Short title, extent and commencement

Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal Adhiniyam, 2007.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh and it applies also to the activities undertaken by the Board outside Madhya Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
