Preamble

1. Short title (Act 17 of 2010) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010. 2. Amendment of Section 3 (Act 17 of 2010) In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "nine thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted. 3.
