The Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010

This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2010.

In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "nine thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted.

In Section 4 of the Principal Act, for the words “twelve thousand rupees”, the words “sixteen thousand rupees” shall be substituted.

In Section 4-A of the Principal Act, for the words “seven thousand rupees”, the words “ten thousand rupees” shall be substituted.

In Section 4-B of the Principal Act, for the words “two thousand rupees”, the words “four thousand rupees” shall be substituted.

For Section 4-C of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :— “4-C. There shall be paid to every member orderly allowance at the rate of five thousand rupees per mensem.”.

For Section 5 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :— “5. There shall be paid to every member Bus Travelling Allowance at the rate of two hundred fifty rupees per mensem.”.

In sub-section (1) of Section 6-A of the Principal Act.—

1. (i) in the first paragraph, for the words “six thousand rupees”, the words “seven thousand rupees” shall be substituted.

Amendment of Section 3 (Act 17 of 2010) In Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Vetan, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 7 of 1973) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the words "nine thousand rupees", the words "ten thousand rupees" shall be substituted. 3.
