This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vas-sthan Dakhalkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2012.

Amendment of Section 2 2. In Secton 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Vas-sthan Dakhalkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1980 (No. 4 of 1980) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), for the figures and word "14th April, 2003", the figures and word "31st December, 2011" shall be substituted
