- 2. This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Vas-sthan Dakhalkar (Bhumiswami Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Sanshodhan Adhiniyam, 2012.
- 3. Amendment of Section 3
- 4. In Section 3 of the Principal Act, in clauses (ii) and (iii), for the figures and word "14th April, 2003", the figures and word "31st December, 2011" shall be substituted.
