Protection of action taken in good faith

No suit. prosecution or other legal proceedings shall he against the Government or State Level Empowered Committee or Nodal Agency or Competent Authority or any employee of Government, Nodal Agency or Competent Authority or Members of State Level Empowered Committee for anything which in good faith is done or intended to be done w1der this Act or any rules made thereunder.
