Executive Council

25. The Executive Council shall be the Executive body of the Vishwavidyalaya and shall consist of the following, namely :— The Kulpati — Chairman; The Secretary incharge of Manpower Planning Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh — Member; The Secretary incharge of Finance Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh — Member; Chairman of the Vyapam — Member; Secretary incharge of Higher Education Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh — Member; four principals of affiliated colleges or polytechnics or institutions to be nominated by the kuladhipati by rotation, according to seniority — Member; all Deans of Faculties — Member; two Professors from the Vishwavidyalaya teaching Departments/affiliated Colleges or Institutions to be nominated by the Kuladhipati, by rotation, according to seniority — Member; two Heads of Department from affiliated ploytechnics to be nominated by the Kuladhipati, by rotation according to seniority — Member; Director Technical Education Madhya Pradesh — Member; the Chairman all India Council for Technical Educations Central Region Committee, Bhopal — Member; two known industrialists with technical and managerial experience, to be nominated by the Kuladhipati — Member; an educationist in the field of technical education from any national technical institution to be nominated by the Kuladhipati — Member; Registrar — Member-Secretary. The members of the Executive Council other than Ex-officio members shall hold office for a period of three years. One third of the members of the Executive Council shall form the quorum : Provided that no quorum shall be necessary for adjourned meeting.
