Revision

(1) An application for revision shall lie to the High Court, against any order passed by the Government under sub-section (l)of Section 7-as confirming the notification issued tinder sub-section (I) of Section 3 or against any order passed under sub-section (4) of Section 3 extending the period of notification or against any order of forfeiture under sub-section (I) of Section J I questioning the legality, correctness or propriety thereof. (2) A revision petition under this section shall be filli-41 within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order of the Government referred to in sub-section (1).
