Bar of Jurisdiction

Save as othenvise expressly provided in Mi.: ea° without prejudice to the jurisdiction and powers of the Supreme Court and High Court under the Canstitution of India,i,ti proceedings taken under this Act by the Government or the District Magistrate or any officer authorised in this behalf by the Government or by the District Magistrate shall bc called in question in any ccurt in any suit or application or by way of appeal or revision, and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power confermit by or under this Act.
