Special provision for complaints

Notification No. F-73-51-78-1-9-XX, dated the 7th December, 1973, In excercise of the power conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 44 of 1973), as modified by Section 12 of the madhya Pradesh Ashaskiya Shikshan Sanstha (Adhyapakon Tatha Anya karmchariyon Ke Vetano Ka Sandaya) Adhiniyam, 1978 (No. 20 of 1978), the State Government hereby specifies all Collectors and such Deputy Collectors as may be authorised in witing by the Collector concerned for purpose of making complaint under the said proviso.
