Inspection of documents

Any person may inspection all or any of the document filed with the Registrar under this Act or require copy of extract of any such document to be certified by the Registrar by filing an application together with such fee as may as may be prescribed and such certified copy shall be Prima facie evidence of matter therein contained in all legal proceedings whatsoever.
