Removal from membership of any authority or Board of Vishwa Vidyalaya

The Kuladhipati may on the request of the Board remove any person from the membership of any authority, including the Board, of the Vishwa Vidyalaya upon the ground that such person has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude: Provided that no order for removal shall be passed against any person without giving him an opportunity of being heard: Provided further that nothing in this section shall apply where the person concerned is a member in his capacity as a member of the Legislative Assembly of the State.
