Chapter I PRELIMINARY
Statutory text
- (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Niji Vyavsayik Shikshan Sanstha (Pravesh Ka Viniyaman Avam Shulk Ka Nirdharan) Adhiniyam, 2007.
- (2) It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh.
- (3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
