The Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2009 is an amendment statute to the Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia Krishi Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2009. It makes two technical modifications: Section 15(6) is amended to omit retirement age provisions of 65 years, and Section 50(1) is amended to extend appointment duration from 18 months to 4 years. The Act received formal assent and immediately came into operation upon its publication in the official Gazette.
