This Act may be called the Prisoners (Madhya Pradesh Amendment) Act, 2012.

Amendment of Central Act No. 3 of 1900 in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh 2. The Prisoners Act, 1900 (No. 3 of 1900) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act), shall, in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh, be amended in the manner hereinafter provided.
