The procedure as laid in section 31 and 34 of the Act shall be followed in disposal of such applications.

Appeals 37.

1. (1) An appeal shall lie against the order of the Rent Controlling Authority made under this Act to the Appellate Rent Tribunal having territorial Jurisdiction.

3. (1) shall be preferred within thirty days from the date of the order made by the Rent Controlling Authority.
4. (3) Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made by the Rent Controlling Authority, subject to decision in appeal, shall be final and shall not be called in question in any original suit, application or execution proceeding.
