Establishment and incorporation of the University

Statutory text
  1. (1) There shall be established in the State of Madhya Pradesh a University by the name of “ Pandit S. N. Shukla University”.
  2. (2) The headquarters of the University shall be at Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh.
  3. (3) The University shall be a body corporate by the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall sue and be sued by the said name.
  4. (4) The University shall be unitary and non-affiliating.
