Constitution of Executive Council

The Executive Council of the University shall consist of the following members:—

1. (i) Vice-Chancellor of the University - Chairperson Ex-Officio Members
2. (ii) the Principal Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;
3. (iii) the Principal Secretary, Government of Madhya Pradesh, Finance Department or his nominee not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;
4. (iv) the Commissioner, Higher Education Department or his nominee not below the rank of Additional Director;
5. (v) three Deans of University, who are the members of the Governing Body;
6. (vi) Heads of the Department nominated by the Vice-Chancellor for three years by rotation;
7. (vii) Registrar of the University - Secretary; Non-official Members
8. (viii) two eminent academician, who are the members of the Governing Body;
9. (ix) two eminent persons, who are the members of Governing Body.
