Amendment of Section 6.

In Section 6 of the principal Act,— (i) in sub-section (1), for full stop, colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be added, namely:— "Provided that the provision of this sub-section shall apply to a Ex-Chief Minister as it apply to a Minister"; (ii) in sub-section (2), for full stop, colon shall be substituted and thereafter the following proviso shall be added, namely:— "Provided that the provision of this sub-section shall apply to a Ex-Chief Minister as it apply to a Minister".
