Provided that such order shall not be made after the expiry of a period of one year from the commencement of this Act.

Repeal and saving 14.

1. (1) The Madhya Pradesh Karon Ki Puranee Bakaya Rashi Ka Samadhan Adhyadesh, 2017 (No. 3 of 2017) is hereby repealed.
2. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provision of this Act.
