Short title, extent and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Karon Ki Puranee Bakaya Rashi Ka Samadhan Adhiniyam, 2017.
2. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Madhya Pradesh.
3. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
