Finality of order constituting Labour Court, Industrial Court or Board

No order of the State Government appointing any person as a Presiding Officer, an Additional Presiding Officer, President or Chairman or member of a Labour Court, the Industrial Court or a Board of Arbitration, as the case may be, shall be called in question in any court.
