Transfers and Postings
- (6) Transfers and Postings -
- (a) The transfers and postings of employees of the board shall as far as possible be governed by a transfer policy approved by the board.
- (b) The postings and transfers of all employees shall be done as per Delegation of powers as specified in Annexure I. However, nothing in these regulations shall prevent the Housing Commissioner from revising or cancelling the Transfer orders issued by Chief Administrative Officer, Dy.
