- (1) Short Title These Regulations may be called the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board (Conduct of Business and Delegation of Powers) Regulations, 2015 and shall substitute the Madhya Pradesh Housing and Infrastructure Development Board Regulations, 1998 as amended from time to time. All rules, regulations, circulars, instructions and resolutions of the Board issued prior to the coming into force of these Regulations are hereby superseded insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of these Regulations.
