Power to make rules

Statutory text
- (1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules or regulations for carrying out the provisions of this Act.
- (2) Any notification issued under sub-section
- (1) shall be published in the Official Gazette, and shall take effect thereupon.
