The composition and functions of the committee shall be such, as specified under Schedule II.

State Nodal Agency

1. (1) For setting up new enterprises or expansion of an existing enterprise, MP Industrial Development Corporation Limited (MPIDC) shall be the State Nodal Agency for the purpose of this Act, unless the Government by notification, authorises any other entity also as the State Nodal Agency: Provided that the Government may also notify any other authority as a State Nodal Agency, for any industrial area within the State and may specify such powers and functions of such agency, as may be necessary.
2. (2) An Ease of Doing Business Secretariat may be established for the purposes of facilitation, monitoring, coordination and operational support under this Act, which shall function under the control and supervision of the State Nodal Agency and may serve one or more State Nodal Agencies.
