Intimation based transactions

An enterprise may, on the basis of an intimation to the Competent Authority:

1. (i) transfer, re-assign or sub-lease any industrial land;
2. (ii) subdivide, split, amalgamate, pool, with other allottees, their Industrial land;
3. (iii) transfer its enterprise to an affiliate, subsidiary, joint venture or any other successor entity; and
4. (iv) change of land use subject to permissibility, as may be prescribed.
