Recovery of certain sum as arrear of land revenue

Any sum which is required to credited by management of any institution to the institutional fund under sub-section (3) of section 5 may if not credited to the said fund, within the period specified therein be recovered from the management of such institution in the manner as an arrear of land revenue.
