Warehouseman

Statutory text
- (1) For every warehouse there shall be a warehouseman.
- (2) No person shall carry on the business of a warehouse man except under a licence granted under this Act and in accordance with such terms and conditions thereof as may, from time to time, be prescribed under this Act.
- (3) A licence shall be valid for such period as may be prescribed.
