The Madhya Pradesh Administration of Evacuee Property (Validation) Act, 1958
1. Short title and extent
(1) This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh Administration of Evacuee Property (Validation) Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of the Madhya Pradesh.
2. Validation of appointments
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1950 (Central Act XXXI of 1950), or in the Madhya Bharat Administration of Evacuee Property Act, 1953 (Madhya Bharat Act 1 of 1954), every appointment of an Assistant Custodian of Evacuee Property made by the State Government before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have been validly made and shall not be called in question in any Court of law on the ground that the State Government had no power to make such appointment.
3. Validation of acts and proceedings
No act or proceeding, including any order made or decision given, by any person appointed by the State Government as an Assistant Custodian of Evacuee Property before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be invalid or shall be called in question in any Court of law merely on the ground that the person who made such order or gave such decision was not duly appointed as an Assistant Custodian of Evacuee Property.
