Amendment of section 5

In section 5 of the principal Act,—

1. (i) for the words “State Service Selection Board”, occurring at both the places, the words “Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board” shall be substituted;
2. (ii) in sub-section (1), the proviso shall be omitted.
