Statutory text
- (1) The Tirur Municipal Council (Extension of Term of Office of Councillors) Ordinance, 1978 (29 of 1978), is hereby repealed.
- (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. ____ *Received the assent of the Governor on the 29 th March, 1979 and published in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No. 233 dated 29 th March, 1979.
