No compensation to be payable
The Supply of Paddy and Rice to Travancore Palace (Extinguishment of Rights and Liabilities) Act, 1976General19763 sections
Statutory text
Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, or in any contract or other document, no compensation shall be payable to the former Maharaja of Travancore or the Travancore Palace for the extinguishment by section 2, of the rights in respect of the paddy and rice mentioned in that section.
