Collector entitled to call for accounts etc

In exercising the powers of supervision and control under section 16 the Collector may call for accounts, report, or other information relating to administration or management of the sthanam and the sthanamdar shall be bound to furnish such accounts, reports or other information within such time as the Collector may specify.
