Withdrawal from management

The Government may, at any time, after publication of the intention so to do in the manner prescribed and after such enquiry as may be deemed necessary, by notification in the Gazette, withdraw from management of any sthanam property, the management of which has been assumed by the Government under the provisions of this Act, and if any difficulty arises in connection with the restoration of the properties to any persons entitled thereto, the Government may, by order authorize the doing of any matter or thing which appears to them necessary to facilitate such restoration.
