Cognizance of offence.

Statutory text
- (1) No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act except on a written complaint filed by the Feed Safety Enforcement Officer on the basis of recommendation by the State Feed Quality Consultative Committee.
- (2) An offence punishable under this Act shall be triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class.
